Ollie Austin is recognised as being one of England's top country solo artists and his love and knowledge of country music has made him a firm favourite all over the UK.

 

Ollie has been playing his own style of music for over forty years and like all talented musicians, he has played and enjoyed a number of various styles over those years. His deep golden voice and interpretation of songs has won him an army of fans. Offers for him to go to Nashville have been made and politely declined - this modest Essex gentleman says in all sincerity “that it would be like taking coals to Newcastle". The country music clubs where he plays and most are sold out to capacity weeks before he is due to play.  Support will be from the ever popular duo ‘The Wrights’ featuring Les Wright one of the UK’s leading pedal steel players.
