You can expect camp costumes, great jokes and plenty of fun at this year’s Bourne & District Lion’s Club annual pantomime – Aladdin.
The story of Arab street urchin Aladdin, who embarks on a magical quest, is loved by many and started life as a Middle-Eastern folk-tale set in China.  Aladdin has since become a firm favourite, full of all the ingredients that make a perfect pantomime – magic, mystery and plenty of mayhem!

One of Hardy's most famous novels and the one most often dramatised and filmed.
 
Set in the glorious landscape of Wessex, mostly based on Dorset, come and share a fated journey with the heroine whom Hardy loved best and whom he called 'a pure woman'.  Tess is the most beautiful of innocents and her tragedy echoes the irreparable loss of a rural England and the rape and destruction of its natural beauty.

 

Featuring no less than 22 of the best loved ABBA tunes, the story begins at the remote Aegean island hotel, Villa Donna, run by Donna Sheridan, her daughter Sophie and Sophie's fiancé Sky.
Prior to her forthcoming marriage, Sophie nervously posts three wedding invitations to three different men, one of whom she believes may be her father. From three cities across the globe, three men set off to return to the island, and the woman that had enchanted each of them 20 years earlier.

 

 

Bourne Corn Exchange is located in the market place, in the centre of Bourne, Lincolnshire. We hire out our rooms for a wide range of community events

and activities. We hold film nights, talks and concerts

and have facilities that can accommodate up to 400 people, include a main dance hall, function rooms and bar area. Bourne Corn Exchange is part of Cultural Services, South Kesteven District Council.
