£9.00 on you first visit which includes a membership fee

Extend Classes

Fridays 10.15am – 11.45am
Extend Classes are specially designed exercises for the over-60s or people of any age who are unable or do not wish to attend a more rigorous keep-fit class.
They are designed to improve and maintain mobility.

The exercises are taught by a specially trained tutor and can be done standing or sitting according to ability.
The classes have proved popular around the UK and can be particularly useful for younger people who are unable to attend standard keep-fit or aerobic classes, due to back problems or joint replacement.
